A Rolls-Royce-Style Headliner Isn’t That Hard To DIY, But It’s A Helluva Lot Of Work

The Rolls-Royce Starlight Headliner is one of the best gimmicks on the market. Not all that technically impressive, but I defy you to sit under the sparkling roof and not go “ooh” and/or “ahh.” It should therefore come as no surprise that there are more than a few kits on the market that allow you to give your own vehicle’s roof the same starry treatment. And they aren’t that expensive either. A quick look on eBay found no shortage of kits for around 50 bucks. The question, then, is whether or not it’s worth it to actually take this project

Are drivers even seeing your job postings?

The driver shortage has been one of the transportation industry’s hottest topics for years, and the coronavirus pandemic has put additional pressure on the shrinking driver workforce. In an industry reeling from early retirements and halted driving school programs, an effective strategy for recruiting and retaining drivers is more important than ever. With these challenges, simply getting drivers in seats can feel like an uphill battle. Carriers often spend endless hours searching for the most effective job boards and submitting ads, hoping to get their openings in front of the right people. From there, it can be hard to know

I Tested the DIY Lash Extensions With Pics

At this point in my beauty career, there’s virtually no eyelash product or treatment I haven’t tried. Lash lifts? Done it. Eyelash extensions? Yup. False eyelashes? So when I first heard of Lashify—a DIY at-home lash extension system that supposedly lasts up to five days—I was intrigued but not fully convinced I needed to try and review yet another set of falsies. But now that I’ve worn them, lemme tell ya—these are unlike any other false lashes I’ve ever worn before. Seriously. If you were to combine

The Sky’s The Limit: Jelani Blackman | Features

“Damon gave me some good advice,” begins Jelani Blackman. “He was like, ‘Just breathe and take your time’. Because obviously when you’re hit with the wave of that many people, you can over-egg it because you’re over excited or think you need to do too much. So yeah, he was like, take your time, and it was fine! It didn’t feel weird. I felt very comfortable, which was surprising because there was 20,000 people there…” Recounting the story today with effortless chill, the West London rapper is actually recalling the career-making moment he stepped out on stage at The O2

14 Fall 2021 Nail Trends That You Can Actually Do Yourself

Typically, a “best fall nail” story might be read at the salon, in a hurried search for color inspiration. Not today, though. The season’s coolest sets lean more DIY than hours-sitting-in-a-chair, and that abbreviated time commitment is 2021’s essence of true luxury. (Even Rosalía has reimagined her signature nail adornments as twinkly adhesive jewels.) Now, one can experience the thrill of opening a tiny Hermès box to find the brand’s first-ever nail files—in signature orange, of course—or the instant satisfaction of the embellished press-on nails just released from Olive & June. Here, at home, there’s a sense of customized control.
