Halle Berry just turned 54, and she’s been celebrating her birthday in style.
The Monster’s Ball star looked incredible as she took to the beach in a mixture of swimwear and underwear. Sharing a slow-motion video clip to her Instagram account, she captioned it, “Leo Season in full effect,” referring to her August birthday. The actress opted for a black cut-out Bluebella bikini top, which she paired with a strappy high-waisted thong from the same brand’s lingerie line.
In good news for those looking to emulate the star’s striking seaside look, both pieces are not only affordable, but also in the sale, with the bikini top (available in aqua) currently retailing at just £10 and the briefs coming in at £12.
Berry’s skimpy beach video followed her eye-catching skateboarding pic, in which the performer hit the streets without trousers, wearing a pair of bikini bottoms instead. According to Women’s Health, Berry’s famous friends helped to celebrate the star’s birthday by posting adorable messages on her skateboarding post. “You better skate on into your destiny,” Octavia Spencer wrote. Meanwhile, Julianne Moore told the star, “Happy happy birthday. ❤️.”
The actress has always celebrated her fitness, and has worked extremely hard to stay in shape. In November 2019, she took to Instagram to share an impressive picture of her hard-won abs and wrote, “Happy #FitnessFriday, everyone! There’s no better feeling than setting a goal and smashing it. One of my goals for #BruisedTheMovie? Ripped Abs—and today? I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable.”
Furthermore, Berry encouraged her fans to work towards their own fitness goals and explained, “What is your fitness goal? Set the bar higher than you think, share your goal in the comments and hold yourself to it. The work won’t be easy, but that pay off? Worth every damn second.”
