Winter in Detroit is no joke. It’s gray, it’s snowy, and most of all, it’s cold. But, there are plenty of shops that offer great outfits that will keep you cozy, warm and stylish, and even help you represent the city.

Alter Ego has been promoting “sweater weather” season on its Instagram, and they have some of the coolest and most fashionable sweaters in Detroit. Their Camille sweaters will help you “stay warm and cozy” and can also be turned into a scarf.

This location has all the winter essentials you’ll need from top to bottom, all the way to the ground. Their plaid and checker-print boots are comfy, warm and stylish, and they also offer rhinestone ankle boots.

 

 

For the guys in your life, MuskOx has rugged, outdoor apparel that also looks good and is comfortable. The Detroit-based company said they “make clothing that brings the outdoors into our everyday life.” They have flannels, hoodies and pullovers, plus puffer vests, jackets, flannel jackets and more. Their clothing is bound to keep you warm and looking good for many months of the year.

 

 

Pure Detroit has six locations in the city and an online shop, with clothing items of all kind showing off Detroit.
