    BLOOMINGTON — A Champaign woman is jailed in McLean County after police charged her for stealing over $300 in fragrances twice from a beauty store in 2020. Chanelle E. Jackson, 23, is charged with two counts each of burglary, a Class 2 felony, and retail theft, a Class 3 felony.
